राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन के अंतर्गत कार्यरत 1,831 कर्मचारियों में से सात वर्ष की सेवा पूर्ण कर चुके 823 कर्मचारियों को 1 अप्रैल, 2026 से औसतन 14,000 रुपये की एकमुश्त वेतन वृद्धि प्रदान की जाएगी, जिससे उनकी लंबे समय से लंबित मांग पूरी होगी।

इस वर्ग में मुख्यत: स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी (आयुष), स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी (डेंटल) सहित अन्य श्रेणियों को शामिल किया गया है।

वहीं, शेष ���र्मचारी जिनकी सात वर्ष की सेवा पूर्ण नहीं हुई है, उन्हें 1 अप्रैल, 2026 से मूल वेतन पर 5% की वृद्धि दी जाएगी।

इसके अतिरिक्त, चिकित्सा अधिकारी (नियमित न हुए) उनका मासिक वेतन 33,660 रुपये से बढ़ाकर 40,000 रुपये किया जाएगा।
