@mrjamesob Huge shortages in our school pre-Christmas. Supply very hard to find. Had to alternate years at home/in school. Plus some classes merged into groups of around 50. I expect the same by the end of Jan.

@MrsSBiology One thing I will always do it have the practical set up on my bench at the front and talk them through each part and how it works. Even simple bits like the clamp-stand.

@MrsSBiology Varies by class for me. Some I know I could give them a box of equipment and they'd set it perfectly and be recording data in no time. Others I need to model each step of setting up a heat proof mat, then the Bunsen, then the tripod etc.
