I don’t tell people to get strong only to eliminate pain. Yes.. it might ease pain. It certainly helps my back. But many of my aches still exist. They don’t worsen or improve because of the gym. But I’m far more capable and resilient in my 60s than many of my patients and friends in their 40s and 50s.
We can’t promise patients that strength training eliminates all aches and pains. But it does build better capable humans
The basics aren't sexy. They just work.
They don't cost hundreds of dollars to use or thousands to buy.
They don't come wrapped in pseudoscientific names that make it look like something is happening...
