Extremely disappointed with @Uber_India. Our driver refused to complete a 3-stop trip, abandoned four women on an unsafe road in Ghaziabad, and still charged the full fare. Despite reporting this safety issue, Uber claims it “can’t verify” the incident and has denied a refund.
