@bt_uk second or third fix in the month and still the net keeps cutting out! My 3 year old now laughs and say 'there it stops again daddy!' I was cut out of a meeting on Friday again and my speed to upload an important role is shocking. What am I paying for?

@bt_uk It's still an issue even tho my bt app says it's fixed. Had our net down during 2 meetings since sat and have resorted to using my @O2 mobile data for important meetings. 20 days with unreliable internet when everything is now online.

@bt_uk is just bad internet, when most are home. Had a meeting today, twice the net cut out. Called n told5 cuts a day is normal. Wasnt until said my contract is ending + @virginmedia are likely 2b my next provider that they suddenly could try to get an engineer out #btbroadband

@bt_uk We had an engineer out (text says we did but didn't see anyone) and it now says it'll be fixed 14th april. Two weeks after we'd reported these issues. That link is something ive been through twise now.

@bt_uk Except keeping your broadband activie, turning off the online chat and encouraging your representatives to say that 5 cut-outs (net turning off and resetting) a day is 'normal'. Today I've just had my 6th cut out!
