@TfL what’s going on with buses from Shepherd’s Bush towards Acton during rush hour since January?
20 min waits for one bus out of 3 that go that way then 5 at once. It’s so dangerous at the bus stop with pushing and on the bus you cannot get off as soon as full.

@WeAreOpenreach men claiming to be BT started digging up the road outside my house. Closing the road and stopping access to the nursery and assisted living No warning, no signs, nothing to say they are BT? Trying to complain online I was conveniently cut off. What is going on?

@WeAreOpenreach They were drilling across the road. There is no sign to say who is doing the work, no warning and no parking suspension. He council were unaware of a closure. You obviously didn’t get permission and it wouldn’t be granted as access is needed to the road at all times

@ocado I’m really surprised by your new app- it’s awful! Seems like it was made by someone who doesn’t shop online. Was it tested? The other one was so easy. You now can’t see the prices of things and the grouping of fridge / freezer/ cupboard was useful. I’ve also lost all edits

@ubereats_uk with priority and can see the driver delivering other orders. That’s stealing but you make it difficult to complain. How can we report theft?
