Maximum existing and anticipated vacant posts of SOs can be filled by promoting all eligible ASOs of 2013 batch. It can easily be done and as per rules if @DoPTGoI stops making arbitrary excuses.

Even if @DoPTGoI were to promote all eligible ASOs of 2013 batch, 500+ posts of SOs will still lie vacant at the end of this year. Yet, DoPT plans to promote not even 2/3 of eligible ASOs and that they have not a single argument that cannot be defeated

vacancies. Doesn’t it discourage them. Why @DoPTGoI is not able to make proper use of
