Is the @UK_CAA following the appalling record of @ofwat in regulating its members? Is five months of @British_Airways failing to fly to Florence, lying to passengers and causing chaos at Pisa and Florence airports not long enough?

[Philip Viveash-Brainch @PipTheObscure]

@British_Airways #britishairways
Five months of lying that you’re rerouting ‘due to weather’. You don’t fly to Florence from Heathrow - you fly to Pisa, cancel/delay flights, then bus everyone to Florence - because the Airbus A320 is too big to land. Chaos and queues at airports.

When are you going to fix this? Five months and you still can’t land at Florence…..

@googlenesthelp

Why has BBC radio stopped working on all google nest devices? No routines now work with BBC radio, and no voice commands. We have seven nest devices and now no access to BBC radio!

@williamhanson for your consideration, kind sir. #pickytree Me and ‘im indoors is well-pleased wiv it. And no, that’s not tinsel, it’s a gilded garland…..

@sainsburys Well, please could you tell the staff in the Farnham store who refused to do this?

[Philip Viveash-Brainch @PipTheObscure]

@sainsburys do you, or do you not exchange soda stream refills in Farnham or not? Did it a month ago in store in Farnham but today three staff refused to even try and just repeatedly told me to go to Argos. #boring #timewasting #CustomerService #customerdisservice @SodaStreamUK

[Philip Viveash-Brainch @PipTheObscure]

@sainsburys Thanks

@MileIQ When it works…….

[Philip Viveash-Brainch @PipTheObscure]

@MileIQ PLEASE, please, please sort out the dire technical issues.

Updated my email, post Microsoft, paid for a yearly subscription, and you’ve wiped my entire account history and data, and I can still only log in with my old email. ‘Customer success’ unresponsive.

[Philip Viveash-Brainch @PipTheObscure]

@rhysss_ Life is short, I guess… but this just a teensy bit entitled.

[Philip Viveash-Brainch @PipTheObscure]

@KirstieMAllsopp Because they’re in charge of regulation and the law creation, perhaps? If it genuinely needs to be halted then add it to the planning criteria; we are all innately selfish and need boundaries; imagine if taxation were voluntary.

[Philip Viveash-Brainch @PipTheObscure]

@markofantastico @stephenfry It’s also biblical, well King James Version, at least ‘With whom he was well pleased’

@parcelforce
Paid £18 on Thursday for guaranteed next day delivery. Parcel of clothes, shoes and toiletries for husband sent to hotel for end of hike. Failed to arrive; he had to buy clothes; only arrived after he left on Monday so had to pay return postage too. Totally useless

@Ocado app not working, website won’t load, no way of editing order before 5.25pm cut off. Just spent 40 mins on hold waiting for customer services only to be told they can’t change the order either.
