It wasn't racism. And it wasn't self defense.

With 20+ witnesses (boys and girls, black and white) to Karmelo Anthony stabbing Austin Metcalf - they're all saying the same things:

- Austin asked Karmelo repeatedly to leave because every team KNOWS to stay under their own school tent
- Karmelo swore at people telling him to leave, calling them all "p*ssies", not appearing to feel threatened at all
- Austin told Karmelo he wasn't going to fight him at a track meet
- Karmelo TOLD Austin several times to touch him and to put his hands on him to "find out" what would happen, with his hand in his bag, on the knife the whole time

NO ONE has testified in Karmelo's favor.

NO ONE believes he felt threatened.

EVERYONE is saying HE was the aggressor and HE provoked the whole interaction.

This kid should go to prison for life.

Someone who carries a weapon around with the intention to use it against anyone who confronts him, and thinks that fatally stabbing a person is a reasonable way to handle even minor conflicts is not safe to be out in society.

This is a kid who would do this again. And he clearly believes he should get away with it when he does.
