DEMAND FOR REFUND OF THE SUM OF ₦3,400,000.00 (THREE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND NAIRA)
I write in respect of the above subject matter.
My name is Adeshina Hafis Olasunkanmi, the husband of Mrs. Adeshina Abosede, who transferred the sum of ₦2,900,000.00 (Two Million, Nine Hundred Thousand Naira) to you, in addition to cash collections amounting to ₦500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand Naira) received from my brother-in-law, Mr. Adedeji Kolade, which brings the total amount paid to ₦3,400,000.00 (Three Million, Four Hundred Thousand Naira).
The payments were made as follows:
1.Transfer of ₦1,450,000.00 dated 21 August 2025;
2.Transfer of ₦1,000,000.00 dated 12 September 2025;
3.Transfer of ₦450,000.00 dated 30 September 2025; and
https://t.co/UXwZ6hLviU collection of ₦500,000.00 dated 19 February 2026
The above transactions except the cash collection was transferred to your account
The purpose of these payments was as a down payment for the processing of an Australian visa application for Adeshina Hafis Olasunkanmi and Faith Ekundayo Kolade, which was advertised and introduced to us through your brother-in-law, Mr. Pekun Adedeji.
Following the payments, you informed us that the visa application process had a limited timeframe within which all required documents needed to be submitted. Consequently, all requested documents were duly completed and forwarded to you for processing.
After the submission of the documents, I requested for the evidence of the visa application allegedly submitted through your agent. However, you advised us to wait for two months for the application to mature and for feedback to be received.
Upon the expiration of the said two months in October 2025 without any update, we contacted you repeatedly for clarification. You then informed us that there was a delay from the principal applicant and assured us that there was no cause for concern, as your agent would respond in due course.
Subsequently, around 6 January 2026, after it became apparent that there was no progress or outcome regarding the Australian visa application, you introduced a Kuwait visa application to Faith Ekundayo Akolade as an alternative substitute for the Australian visa process.
At that stage, you further requested for an additional payment despite the prior agreement that no further payment would be required until the visa process had been successfully concluded.
Till date, no visa has been issued, no satisfactory explanation has been provided regarding the status of the application, and no refund has been made despite several demands and follow-ups.
In view of the foregoing, I hereby formally demand for the immediate refund of the total sum of ₦3,400,000.00 (Three Million, Four Hundred Thousand Naira) paid to you for the visa processing arrangement.
