If Apple goes ahead and raises prices in $USD, than Japanese iPhone prices will 100% certainly be hiked again.

Ongeacht wat de lonen doen is het dus per definitie het doel om verhoogde prijsniveaus vast te houden én jaarlijks verder te verhogen.

@martijnde_boer @beursanalist Hoeft niet. Apple heeft marges beschermd door prijzen te verhogen. Risico is op korte termijn minder verkopen, maar dus beperkt impact op winstmarge.

Op lange termijn is er het vertrouwen dat mensen toch wel iPhones en computers nodig hebben, en zich dus aanpassen aan prijzen.

@LeahLundqvist To be fair, I love the bird designs but REALLY dislike the buildings on the rear. They’re soulless and feel very dystopian.

Instead of boring steel and glass buildings that only very few recognise or feel connected to, go for the diverse history: use building like the Colosseum.

@Linkem78 Yeah, still, it looks dystopian and very few people feel a connection to EU institutions… so also in that sense, not sure if it’s the right choice to put these buildings on there.

Would be cooler if the money showed ‘buildings with style’ that invoke a sense of connection 😄

The new ChatGPT Work seems to be pretty awesome. Regular chat is already cool, but ChatGPT Work really is more like giving instructions to a personal assistant, who than makes the plan, does the research and than also produces something like a spreadsheet.

Maar het is een 3-jarige cao (26, 27 en 28)…

8,5% over 3 jaar is leuk, maar houdt amper de inflatie bij.

@elkeweekgeld Wordt netjes bijgehouden door CBS over langere termijn, loonontwikkeling is dan vrijwel identiek.

Overigens, zolang de werkloosheid<5% is, zijn dit prima loonstijgingen.

Kapitalisme werkt 2 kanten op: nullijn/demping lonen bij hoge werkloosheid, stijging bij lage werkloosheid.
