@TJeparskis Usage: Better. Quality of work: Seems worse? I could have just had a bad run though to be fair. Speed: Just ... please kill me now. I literally pulled a big part of my workflow back out because it was just faster to do it myself by hand or just give it to a local LLM.
@rezoundous Even GPT 5.6 agrees that war crimes have been committed with mine. Sorta. It's mildly horrifying but it managed to get done with what I needed it to do so IDGAF. 🤣
@Robertg761_ You sure you don't have your Hermes gateway configured to use your codex account? Or maybe have it set as a fallback? I put mine back again since the codex usage issues seem to be better now.
@reach_vb Tibo posted on the 22nd saying Tomorrow, which would be ... 3 hours ago. sigh. @thsottiaux Guess how many people burned their quota based on Tibo's post and are now pissed off about the miscommunication?
Meh, I discovered too late that my pro 20x account apparently doesn't get to access an /ultrafast setting. I'm just not that special. 😀 Darnit, I wanted to burn my remaining 8% usage before the reset! Curses .. foiled again...
@dewyashtwts I'm testing it on OpenRouter (free) and it just screams by ... I've had it write full websites, build code, use my image/video/music stack, etc. You might need to try another endpoint?
Even Media/YouTubers are calling out @OpenAI for cutting subscription usage limits. (4:53 mark in the video) @thsottiaux Hope to hear from you soon on this. There's a lot of evidence out there now that should be addressed ASAP.

@Henryf1w If that $99/month was actually available I would have switched. The problem is that I can't get the promo offer despite looking *many* times so I had to get the $200 codex again this month. $300 a month isn't competitive when you don't care about X Premium and the other stuff.
@Da7_Tech $300 a month is too much for me. If it was $200 I would have signed up. Is there a lot of value in that $300? Sure. But I don't care about Grok Bot, Cursor, or X Premium so that extra $100 a month is a dealbreaker.
@thsottiaux I honestly can't tell if this was just an automated post, you are completely tone deaf to the user community, or just trolling at this point...
@StatsWire Literally everyone should be requesting a Community Note on Tibo's claim. I can't tell if he's gaslighting or incompetent. Either way his response is wrong.
@StartupBros@SemiAnalysis_ What I've been saying all along is that the resets weren't generosity on OpenAI's part - they were necessary to enable the tightened restrictions. Every time they reset I'd bet they tuned the overall usage downwards. Every. Single. Time.
