At #RestoreNatureNow rally outside @DefraGovUK with @ChrisGPackham and lots of other people and organisations who care about #nature. I loved all the talks and banners, especially @LeifBersweden talking about the plants we're losing. The Government must act now for our future!

So excited that a lime I added to the @WoodlandTrust #AncientTreeInventory has been verified as an #AncientTree, possibly part of an avenue planted in the 1700s! My brothers and I have been searching for old trees and so far we've added 2 ancient trees and 25 veteran trees 🌳🌳🌳

Sad to see blackbirds on @BBCSpringwatch feeding berries, poss as worms hard to find. I went worm charming with Kingsbury Kingfishers RSPB Wildlife Explorers on Sat - but the ground was rock hard and no worms came! It's never happened before - we usually get loads! #Springwatch
