Respectfully, my experience doesn’t match this. I’ve filed with DHS OIG, FAA, OSC, SAF/IG, DOT OIG, and DoD IG. Every one closed or declined, no findings explained. My DoD IG complaint closed last week with a case number and a FOIA pointer, nothing else. My UAP research reached ODNI, then I was directed to build a false identity, hospitalized days after filing a federal complaint, and an Air Force official denied any connection to me in writing to a US Senator, directly contradicted by two recruitment emails I have. If IC OIG is committed to protecting whistleblowers, I’d genuinely welcome that starting now.

The intelligence community as a whole can’t be trusted right now. Not ODNI, not the IG offices meant to hold it accountable. I’ve lived it. Whistleblowers are told to trust the process, then watched as that same process protects the institutions instead of the people who came forward.

Good question. SF-50 and eOPF are federal employee personnel records, I was a contractor, not a federal hire, so those wouldn’t exist for me regardless. What I do have: a PIV card issued directly by the FAA (full email chain with their PIV Administrator, June 2023), returned upon my resignation as required, and the underlying contract, NISC IV, contract number 693KA9-21-D-00008, awarded by the FAA to Leidos, under which I was assigned as GIS Software Developer supporting AJR-223. That’s the contractor equivalent of what you’re asking for, and it’s documented.

DoD Hotline closed my complaint today. No findings, no explanation, just a case number and a pointer to file a FOIA request if I want to know what happened.

I can’t speak to AARO or PURSUE specifically, but I can tell you what whistleblower retaliation looked like in my case. My UAP research reached ODNI. Leidos holds a $375 million prime contract with ODNI, and separately, my work was contracted through the FAA. Shortly after my research reached ODNI, I was directed to build a false identity, financial exposure followed under that alias, and I was hospitalized days after filing a federal complaint. An Air Force official’s written denial to a sitting Senator is directly contradicted by two recruitment emails. That’s documented, not theoretical.

People ask how I can prove I was where I say I was, the day this started. My bank statement from March 2, 2023 does it for me: a Metro fare, small purchases at a coffee shop and a pharmacy, all within a couple hours. Nobody fabricates a coffee run to build a fake story.

That’s the kind of evidence behind this. Not interpretation. Receipts.

Fair question, it’s a lot to take in cold. Short version: I was directed to move my UAP research to an account under a randomly generated name, I was told to create an alias, and a muscle relaxer I’d canceled got refilled without me asking, the same day. It clicks together more as the episode goes.

Three years of documenting, filing, and being ignored by nearly every institution I turned to. Yesterday, for the first time, I got to tell the story out loud, to someone who actually read the documents first.

What I’d ask the council to consider: the gap between what field operators document and what institutional oversight acknowledges is where progress disappears.
