Life is tough at the best of times, especially for young people trying to find their way, if I can help in any way or you just need a chat, just DM away..

On that note, I go racing a lot, I’m happy for anyone to tag along and come racing, ESPECIALLY at the Cheltenham Festival..

I posted similar last year and met up with a load of new faces, who now have become friends! 🫶🏻

Racing is a great way to get out, get fresh air, meet new people, interact, but also it has the space to go take a walk and has places to go gather your thoughts if overburdened and need that breathing space…

I’m no expert, I’m not qualified, but I do have experience, a passion for racing and a love the for horses, which many of us share. 🫶🏻

Most importantly I have two good ears and I’m always happy to listen and chat, no judgement.

Take care of yourselves, but let’s take care of those who need us.

Go ask your friend, neighbour or a stranger if they need help!
And make sure they are not just “ok”.
