I respect Snoop. When Michael pulled the gun at her she wasnt scared at all, she was actually impressed. She knew her time was up and accepted her fate.

You could tell Chris was the brains between him and snoop. She dug her own grave.

I think the thing that irked Snoop the most is that Michael was regularly able to see through Marlo and his crew's bulls**t. He wasn't blindly loyal. Which makes him a better boss than a soldier.
