@JessePeltan Nobody says solar energy isn’t “real.” It isn’t at a point that all other forms can be abandoned. Why don’t you address the argument that at this time solar energy isn’t at a level required to replace other forms of energy? It will be someday probably but it isn’t today.
@BlueBoxDave No tax on overtime is the big one. It’s not so big here on X because most people here are salary workers but many millions of middle class Americans would have their lives changed for the better.
@TenuredRadical@BlueBoxDave But there’s millions of people who aren’t police who are taxed heavily on overtime. I work in a factory and this is all anyone is talking about. It would be life changing for millions who just elected Trump. It isn’t ridiculous to people who work overtime to heat their houses.
@CollinRugg Pit bull apologists value this breed more than life itself. There is no amount of evidence that will change their mind. They are not open to persuasion. They aren’t interested in data. They will defend the breed under all circumstances at any cost, no matter what.
@CollinRugg Pit bull apologists do not care. There is no amount of children being killed, mauled or eaten that matters to them. They cannot be moved. If a pit bull was eating their legs they would take to social media to defend the dog as it swallowed their flesh.
@KelvinCold1234 @CollinRugg This is stupid. It supposes that, for the sake of fairness toward one breed of dog, it’s worth children getting mauled and eaten from time to time. It prioritizes and values a dog breed over human beings which is ironic considering “fairness” is brought up.
