To be short: 1) The project depends on CRISPR mutagenesis of endogenous miRNA and targets; 2) g11-g16 is critical for let-7a in C. elegans; 3) 3’ pairing is required even with perfect seed to repress multiple targets; 4) Requirement of 3’ pairing is different for types of seed.
