Lord Shiva, the Supreme Yogi and Mahadev, is the eternal source of divine wisdom, infinite compassion, and cosmic transformation. He is worshipped as the destroyer of ignorance and the guardian of Dharma, whose Trishul symbolizes the mastery of creation, preservation, and dissolution, while the Damaru echoes the sacred vibration from which the universe emerged. Adorned with the crescent moon, the holy Ganga, and the serpent Vasuki, Shiva teaches fearlessness, detachment, and inner awakening through meditation and self-realization. Whether seated in deep meditation upon Mount Kailash or performing the cosmic Tandava that renews existence, Mahadev reminds humanity that every ending is the beginning of a higher spiritual journey. Those who surrender to Him with pure devotion receive strength, peace, wisdom, protection, and the ultimate blessing of Moksha, making Him the timeless refuge of all seekers on the path to the Divine.

When you know for yourselves: ‘These qualities are wholesome; these qualities are blameless; these qualities are praised by the wise; these qualities, when adopted and carried out, lead to welfare and happiness’—then you should enter and remain in them.

Joy is something we can learn to cultivate - in our thoughts, our relationships, our home and our work. One of the best ways to start is to focus on gratitude. 🌼

True spiritual strength is not found in the absence of pain, but in our ability to remain completely anchored through it. The sharp arrows of life may strike our physical form, yet they can never pierce the eternal essence of who we truly are. When we look past the immediate hardship, we find a quiet stillness that allows us to rise above the heaviest storms.
There is a profound mystery in the way our deepest wounds can become the exact places where our wisdom takes root. Every challenge we face invites us to shift our vision away from fear and toward a higher, more enduring truth. By sitting quietly with our struggles rather than fighting them, we tap into an ancient endurance that has always lived inside us.
May you find the grace to sit calmly with whatever burdens you are carrying today. Trust that your spirit is inherently resilient, whole, and fully capable of navigating the changing winds. You are deeply supported by the vast, quiet unseen forces of this universe, exactly as you are. ✨🙌🏿💫
Love more, delight more, celebrate more, dance more, sing more: that’s all that you can do. #Osho
Leave a dream around you – actualized. If somebody loves it, he may follow. I cannot say that the whole humanity will follow – it is such a vast thing.
And there is no need of that because your happiness may not be others’ happiness. Your singing may be just noise for somebody else. Your dance may be nothing but a nuisance. So who is to decide? Don’t take the responsibility that you will decide for the whole – no. You drop out of these roles of decider. You are not the decider.
You simply live your life in the small corner that you have got. Whatsoever you can do for yourself, do it. And if somebody feels good, attracted, magnetized – help him, but out of love, not out of any missionary spirit. That is poison.

"This may be why Einstein once said; "Humanity has every reason to place the proclaimers of high moral standards and values above the discoverers of objective truth. What humanity owes to personalities like Buddha, Moses and Jesus ranks for me higher than all the achievements of the enquiring and constructive mind." The fact is that we need the insights of the mystic every bit as much as we need the insights of the scientist. Mankind is diminished when either is missing."

—¡No puedo creerlo!
—Quiero pedirle otro favor.

MARYADA IS THE BASIS OF HAPPINESS
I insist that my shishyas have what I call maryada.
Maryada which simply means being respectful consists of the answers to 4 simple questions
1. Who are you
2. Who are you with
3. What win-win is possible
4. What win is possible for the environment we are in, so that the environment allows us to win
Answering these questions when you feel lost, confused and anxious is the best thing you can do to recover instantly
This morning someone offered to heal my liver. There’s nothing wrong with my liver but he was convinced that he saw something in his meditation which prompted him to message me.
Instead of being confused I applied the frame.
Who am I ? : Parampara Adhikari of Trilok Akhada and an authority in 6 schools of immortal yoga, practicing which liver problems are not possible.
Who am I with?: A person with scanty respect for me who I don’t trust
What win-win did he propose?: just nothing
What in the environment wins?: I'm in a world where other deserving people need my time and energy, this guy has no win to add to the environment.
Applying the 4 questions of maryada allowed me to communicate respectfully to him.
"Jai Shri Ram Thanks for your concern. But I must decline your help since I know from credible sources that there is nothing to worry about my liver. Don't be concerned. "
And he went on his way no longer confused about our relationship.
True happiness begins when you have consciously set maryada in all relationships.
You will experience a resistance free existence of intentionality and confidence no matter how much you're gaslighted.

"Intuition is the language of silence, the Existential language. The word "in-tuition" means to listen within yourself. Intuition is the silent voice within, which is already in contact with the Existence. Intuition is the voice of God.
The more you come in contact with the inner silence, the inner emptiness, the more you have access to your intuition. Silence is the nourishment for intuition.
If something increases your love, joy and silence, it is the criterion that it is the right path for you. If something decreases your love, joy and silence, it is a sign that you are on the wrong path.

THE SECRET ABOUT PAIN
There are only two types of ambition.
The ambition to overcome the pain of your inadequacies and the ambition to help others overcome theirs.
But what about the ambitions of buying a car, a house and an island? Yes even them, they’re relief, from the pain of inadequacies.
Pause a moment to reflect on this. I wanted an island at one point. And then I thought about why I wanted it. It was to be liked. “How can anyone not like someone who owns an island?”. But the inadequacy I was feeling then was the skill of getting people to like me.
I also had an ambition to buy a house, because I had the pain of no privacy. Another inadequacy. Hope this is making sense.
All pain is because of inadequacy all ambition is to overcome that pain. Without exception this is true. What does that tell you about pain?
Pain is the basis of all achievement, and all purpose. Nestled in every pain is the seed of great achievement. What if you saw pain as that, would you be afraid of it?
How would you respond to pain instead of avoiding it?
You would feel it deeply and try to develop skills to overcome the inadequacy that was causing the pain and that would be your next achievement. You don't need a system of collecting the pain. Its just awareness and honesty. Nobody can teach that to you, you just have to be sincere and honest. If something is paining you, name it. And fearlessly and honestly name the inadequacy.
What if you don't have pain? Then become aware of other people's pain, find the inadequacy and fix it. Here's a secret. The world never runs out of pain, because that would mean it would run out of purpose.

"Hinduism is often said to be a religion of millions of Gods, and it is indeed a religion of diversity. But it is essential to understand that underlying all is the belief in the unity in one great God: the Absolute, often known as Brahman. Some Hindue, is the only permanent thing, never changing. To truly reach the Divine we must divest ourselves of all physical attachments and open our minds and spirit to the great void." s believe that this Absolute is formless, a supreme cosmic force that cannot be completely known by humankind. Hindu philosophers state that existence as we know it is an illusion. The universe is relative, ever changing, whereas its source, the AbsolutE
🔥 The Real Victory Is Understanding
We spend so much time trying to be right... trying to win the conversation, the debate, the moment. But what if the real victory isn’t proving someone wrong? What if it’s understanding where they’re coming from?
Truth doesn’t always come with sides. Sometimes two people can look at the exact same situation and see it completely differently... and both can be telling the truth from where they’re standing. That’s not always conflict. Sometimes it’s simply perspective.
The healing begins when we stop needing to defend every position and start becoming curious about someone else’s. When we listen to understand instead of listening for our turn to speak.
When ego steps aside, connection can finally step in. That’s where growth happens. That’s where walls begin to fall. That’s where love finally gets a chance to breathe.
Maybe we don’t need to agree on everything. Maybe we just need to remember that the person standing across from us is human too.

“And a woman spoke, saying, Tell us of Pain.
And he said:
Your pain is the breaking of the shell that encloses your understanding.
Even as the stone of the fruit must break, that its heart may stand in the sun, so must you know pain.🧵
