@Wendys there’s been something wrong with your app and the mobile offers not being able to be added properly. This is the 3rd time it’s happened where I can’t add an offer for no apparent reason. Very frustrating.

@Uber I understand why you don’t let drivers know the exact destination of the rides but they are contacting riders to find out anyway after accepting the ride. Why not give them the ride time & approximate destination (~5 mile radius)? If I were driving I’d like to know too.

Just had the shadiest experience calling an @Uber . Driver demanded cash payment only. Would not drive towards me & had my family waiting out in the cold. Would not pick my call & wouldn’t respond to messages.
