UDF Bharat presents evidence of gross irregularities in medical colleges:

❌ Ph.D. tenure illegally counted as teaching experience (against UGC/NMC norms)
❌ Unqualified part-time Ph.D. holders appointed as faculty
❌ Non-medical (https://t.co/8F5nqQ25KD.-Ph.D.) teachers in MBBS education—violating CBME guidelines
❌ NMC’s 2022 exemption order legitimized non-compliant appointments

We demand:
✅ Immediate audit & scrutiny of faculty appointments
✅ Revocation of unlawful appointments
✅ Strict enforcement of UGC & NMC faculty norms
