Good Afternoon,
I'm excited to announce that I will finally be launching online training for a select few clients that are interested in 1 on 1 lifestyle/nutrition coaching. Much more information to come, this is for non-local clients, as I will still be training in person at Onelife. Please reach out with any questions or interest.
Been at ESPN a long time - this one was an all timer. Before social media, it was as viral as a story can be. I watched it on a tape in the news room. I couldn’t stop watching his teammates.
I’m increasingly convinced that the willingness to change your mind is the ultimate sign of intelligence. The most impressive people I know change their minds often in response to new information. It’s like a software update. The goal isn't to be right. It's to find the truth.
Sums up Herbert’s season (career)
RG and RT whiff immediately. The center stumbles and gets picked … three free runners at Herbert and he avoids all. Throws a dart to Gadsden who drops it.

@Nacho9Medina My question to any client would be what are your goals? Why do you need to supplement? If you do, id recommend a whey isolate and find a way to work it in to your already nutrient dense diet. Find a reputable and tested source if you are using it consistently
Is there lead in your protein powder?
A new Consumer Reports investigation finds that more than two-thirds of the 23 protein powders tested “contained more lead [in a single serving] than CR’s food safety experts say is safe to consume in a day (0.5 mcg)—some by more than 10 times.”
The biggest offenders? Plant-based powders:
•Nearly all plant-based products had elevated lead levels, which were 9x the amount found in those made with dairy-based proteins and 2x that found in beef-based proteins.
• Two had so much lead (1,200% to 1,600% of the level of concern) that CR cautioned against using them at all.
