@0bscuratea apologies also for the spam and typos, this stuff just pops occasionally up on my feed, no idea what the current "proofs" are, i wouldn't be surprised if this silly image is no longer being passed around.i don't exactly keep my finger on the pulse of this silliness these days ๐ฅน
@0bscuratea if you're new to this, this image here below was the "proof" of 3d volumetric lighting (please note the super cool mspaint ovals) but my little tutorial above shows how to recreate it with simple 2d overlays (and mspaint, that's the step you just can not be skipped)
@0bscuratea@HometownBuffett He needs to keep the grift going. Years ago he argued that these couldn't be the same assets since one was black and the other was white or something silly like that. Then that there was volumetric lighting going on but really its just a simple 2d mask: https://t.co/IBWYkuq2lm
@IFlippedTheChip It's not a "stock vfx of some spinning orbs" It's a flame filmed from above and sold as an asset pack, "Pyromania" iirc. There are endless assets people buy and use like that for all kinds of things. You can see it once again within the first 90s of Starship troopers from 97.
@azed_ai I'm just amazed..
Amazed that you watched this and thought "yeah thats good enough to post"
Unless.. you didnt even watch this slop all the way through? That'd be understandable.
Theres so much wrong with this, it really shows your lack of taste or knowledge of fundamentals.
@HeraldofTruth30 You don't need to learn anything at all if you don't want to. But let's not pretend artists are "gatekeeping creativity" as you said earlier.
If you find Ai slop acceptable, good for you. I mean, some people enjoy eating shit. As long as they don't offer me any it's all good.
@nakazak53881888@Yeah_I_Asked@CamVarner@IsThisA3DModel@akbereo Itโs still unusable after this prompt though. Youโd get a better automatically weighted starting point with something like the ARP plugin in Blender. If I got this leopard from the prompt Iโd wipe the weights and start from scratch with ARP instead, way better and quite simple.
@lgandecki@Emanuel_Andre7 It's not accurate. It probably just scraped some open source anatomy mesh like zAnatomy, weight paints the meshes (badly) to bones and animates them.
@21CenturyBoomer So you're saying the use here is incidental or accidental instead of deliberate? If so I guess it could slide from incidental inclusion..
@SGTzolis@AndrewWrig83544@chess_feed Wouldn't that end up with black bishop A7 and then if white pawn takes the bishop, the black pawn is free for a promotion?
