@ASGEendoscopy @GIE_Journal I watched the video and employed this closure a few times. It appears very effective. Resection of a large cecal polyp with mainly underwater EMR and decided X-Tack would like taco the lesion rather than close. Closed with two clips into the resection bed, 10 total @amalshinemd
