Tesco are making £4bn a year in profit.
About 50% of their staff are on Universal Credit.
Why don't we crackdown on this unneeded benefit for billionaires?
"Starmer loyalists were angered by Lou Haigh's admission that Burnham has been preparing for office for as long as a year. There is still a lot of bad blood"
Then there are tensions between Burnham’s old Manchester “gang” and his new Westminster team, with accusations of snobbery
Can't wait for this Burnham utopia. Everything done faster, no expense spared, while deficits dwindle and GDP scales dizzying heights.
Plus, no arguments and not a feather ruffled within a government where life is beautiful all the time. 'Cough'.

It becomes clear that the plot against Starmer was hatched last year, not as a reaction to poor midterm election results, and that Labour party members are being excluded from any decision. Little wonder then that Starmer has been left undefended by Labour MPs as they stood aside watching the rightwing media tear chunks out of the PM. They did the minimum to put the case for the government, while feeding stories to the media. I have only one thing to say to them: they are a disgrace.
