Footpaths of DP Road-9, Powai, Mumbai (which also has Powai Police station on it) have been encroached. There is unauthorised parking on both sides of the road leading to congestion. Provide the details of steps taken to clear off the encroachment.@mybmcWardL

@mybmc @CMOMaharashtra lot of chaos created at Parivar, MCGM office, kanjurmarg centre for walk in people as well as registered users. Need more laptops, more staff for vaccination. 2 booths with only 1 doctor and 1 laptop for registration. Completely mismanaged.

@INOXMovies Horrible Customer service. The staff needs real training for customer interaction. Staff doesn’t know where can a customer give feedback. Over that has a audacity to laugh over complain and say everyone complains about the monopoly and nothing can happen to them.
