@Uber_Support I clearly do not understand thou, hence why I am messaging you once more! Have you explained why it does to “qualify” for a refund? Because my screenshots clearly show the driver @Uber hires sending me a message via @UberEats app saying they spilled my coffee!

I spend a large amount on uber monthly with rides, uber eats and there subscription! This is how I get treated by there customer service team! A generic message refusing to help me in anyway with this situation
@Uber_Support I have used Uber for a number of years and the service I received today was disgusting! I never received my order, the order was told to me that it was spilled via the message app, the driver then said he arrived when he had not! I want a refund
