@elonmusk Any and all States can request a hand recount if they so wish. In 2020, several states including Georgia and Arizona went through MULTIPLE hand-recounts because you people refused to accept a loss. A hand recount isn't going to magically change people's vote.

If 1st - 3rd are LAPS ahead of everyone else, the "race" is said to be between those three. Saying you "placed 3rd out of 40 racers" doesn't mean much when 4th place is LAPS behind.

Saying a physical structure is held together by intangible concepts like "wishes" or "luck" is no different than saying, "magic."
