@5by5Creativity@justinmadders The problem is, he knows that the loophole in the ministerial code is "knowingly" and he is using that fully to his advantage by saying that he didn't know what he was doing was wrong.
The week in Tory MPs so far: one convicted of molesting a minor, another having to apologise for defending said paedophile, PM and chancellor convicted of breaking the COVID laws they wrote. And itโs only Fucking Tuesday.
Ignorance of the law is not a defence (hence the fine) and hard to believe when he had a hand in the laws being created. His position is untenable and he must resign. An apology won't cut it.
Boris Johnson is a liar.
Boris Johnson broke the law.
Boris Johnson is the UK Prime Minister.
All of these statements are true, although Iโm really crossing my fingers that the last one wonโt be for much longer๐ค
@Shakermakermatt@emilyhewertson I don't know. I'd have pretty strong feelings if I voted labour because of my trade unionists leanings only to find my MP up and joins the Tories. How can he keep his manifesto promises (based on which I cast my vote) if his party fundamentally disagrees with them?
@vvecchi @TechConnectify@hankgreen I got nebula along with curiosity stream recently and I'd probably use it a whole lot more if they had a dedicated app rather than having to log in via a website. Would get a lot more viewership through smart TVs.
