My elderly disabled mother was harassed & extorted by wheelchair assistance staff at Mumbai airport on 31 July Air India BC ticket. They demanded a ₹20,000 bribe, verbally abused her, made her cry & initially refused to let her access the lounge or continue her journey.

I tried to redeem a @Vitality_UK reward on Saturday but I couldn’t sign in at all! I’m currently struggling to sign in again! This app is awful, how can you expect people to be active with the app if it never works!? Tried both on WiFi and 5G!
