@Arval_UK i am extremely disappointed with how things keep getting delayed with your system. Not without adding that nobody can give me an exact timeframe of when will i get my finance documents. If you have a serious IT issue, you should reach out with a real timeline.
@Dxdelivery_uk absolute unprofessional and unreliable company. Promised 5times for s delivery and drivers only keep sending missed delivery card 2 minutes after loading. I ran out of patience for a next day delivery that is now 25days
I have only been replied after 1 month with just apologies and saying it will be processed. Nothing else happen. All this incompetence and your system failures brought me down financially and still no response or CALLBACK!

@TfLTPH@TfL this is really outrageous that there is a phone line but absolutely useless. No way of reaching out. I put an application last year mid 2024, paid a full fee and understood about the cyber attack, but now more than a year later, i have been emailing for last 7months
@HPUK absolute disgraceful service.
This company wasted my 3 days of work and made me go pick up my parcel. Then sends me a faulty laptop and telling me that they cannot send another one straight away. Customer agent refused to give her name and hang up on me.

@parcelforceUK__ disgusting service. 3 days for a parcel to be delivered where the driver does not tip up but just say we’ve attempted and customer service does nothing and telling me to go get it from the depot.
