@SamsungIndia I've bought S22 ultra on 17Sep 2023, after updating the phone it got overheated, freezed and then stucked in boot loop, on visiting service centre they are saying motherboard will be replaced. Phone doesn't have any physical damage.

@SamsungIndia Packed with new feature, ie when you update software you'll have to get new phone or motherboard/ screen would need to be replaced. I've updated my S22 Ultra and then it's motherboard is dead. No resolution from customer support since last 13 days. @SamsungIndia @sams
