Recently worked with an agency through a white-label partnership.

They were happy with the final result.

But internally, we weren’t fully satisfied.

Why?

Because the initial requirements weren’t clear enough.

A lot of back-and-forth could’ve been avoided with better alignment at the beginning.

Big lesson for us:

Before starting any project or partnership, spend extra time understanding the real requirements.

And if something feels missing, speak up.

Sometimes clients ask for what they think they need — not what the project actually needs to succeed.

The best work happens when you go beyond the checklist and give honest technical suggestions.
