@GoibiboSupport But the thing is the issue was with you not sending us the message over sms, call or WhatsApp, why are you blaming it on airline who in the first didn’t send us the ticket on WhatsApp and are not sending us the promotional and cab messages on WhatsApp, you are!

We need to be compensated for this. Had we not got this option to fly out from Phu Quoc, we would’ve been stranded on this island airport having to spend almost 3x the cost to get back home, that too at an inconvenient time given we need to get back to official responsibilities.

Considering we had 2 more connecting flights to reach Delhi - this is an extremely harrowing experience and a situation of utter anxiety for us to deal with Given the current circumstances, we had to book another flight at our expense which is completely unfair and unnecessary.
