@pallavipandeyy @Cleartrip Same thing happened with me in vrindavan and it was cleartrip only. But luckily the customer care person over call by mistake mentioned that you book another hotel and i will do the full refund on recorded call so they had to refund after fighting over call for 3 days

@flyspicejet @DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI @flyspicejet - As per the confirmation in DM regarding the full refund, your customer service has still charged the cancellation fees and told we dont have information and you can raise it further after cancellation, for now u have to do cancellation with charges.
