Modi is an embodiment of falsehood and untruth.

His government has now taken down a video of the ITBP DG Shatrujeet Kapur acknowledging ‘ongoing’ face-offs with Chinese forces at multiple locations in Arunachal Pradesh and praising our Shaurya commando teams.

The DG's statement is important because it exposes two uncomfortable truths:

1️⃣ Our soldiers are confronting threats the government would rather conceal.

2️⃣ It exposes the BJP’s denials of Chinese incursions in Arunachal Pradesh - echoing Modi’s denial of Chinese incursions after Galwan, Ladakh where 20 Indian soldiers were martyred - as blatant lies.

The DG’s video - and its suppression - exposes this weak and shameless government. It has categorically failed our armed forces by refusing to even acknowledge the bravery and sacrifice made by our soldiers, withholds critical national security information from the public, and censors those who dare to speak the truth.

We have long known that Modi is too cowardly to speak the truth - or let anyone else speak it for that matter.

But his posture, or should I say, his prostration before China, reveals that he is also anti-India. And we deserve much better than a liar for a PM.

February 2019. Rahul Gandhi called it publicly, in those exact words — China has figured out Modi’s chest is 4 inches, not 56.

His every word has aged into undeniable fact.

China sent troops into Doklam to test Modi.

Modi's response? Boarded a plane to Beijing. Met Xi Jinping. No agenda. No preconditions. No demands. Chinese boots still on ground while the Indian PM sat across the table smiling for photographs.

Not a rumour. Not opposition spin. A documented, timestamped, publicly confirmed sequence of events that the BJP has never been able to factually contradict; only abuse the man who said it.

Rahul Gandhi called Modi "darpok" in 2019. Called Doklam a capitulation. Challenged him to a debate on national security.

Modi never showed up to that debate.

He didn't show up at Galwan either; told the nation "no one entered our territory" while 20 soldiers lay dead.

He didn't show up at the disengagement table with conditions; handed over buffer zones and called it diplomacy.

And now India's own ITBP chief confirms face-offs are still happening in Arunachal Pradesh; while Modi hosts Xi at BRICS without a single public precondition.

Rahul Gandhi didn't just predict this man. He dissected him; live, in public, years before the evidence caught up.

A PM who folds before the aggressor, lies to his own people, and refuses a debate on national security is not protecting India.

He is protecting himself.

Reminder - Article 19 Indian Constitution guarnatees freeom of assembly and peaceful protest.
The fundamental issue today before the Republic and constitutional courts is the (mis)use of laws and pretext of law and order to stamp out our freedoms.
Police Orders under Sec. 163 BNSS are de facto extinguishing constitutional freedoms of free speech, assembly and right to peaceful protest by citizens.
Whenever, wherever citizens gather to peacefully protest against the SIR and the Chief Election Commissioner, the Delhi Police, operating under the Home Ministry, promptly issues prohibitory orders under Sec 163 BNSS (144 CrPC).
Then announcements are made that the protest is illegal, detentions, police excesses and preventive arrests follow.
The Police Orders and actions have to meet the test of reasonableness, legality, validity, and proportionality. Protests, speeches, slogans against SIR and Gyanesh Kumar and BJP -NDA Govt is Not breach of peace. Abuse of power = Constituional Disorder

🚨 This RTI is the blueprint of Vote Chori laid bare.

Maneesh Garg, posted to the ECI directly by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet in Sept 2024; first removed the officer through whom the IT Director General was routing files, then took over those files himself.

The two ECs flagged it as a direct violation of established norms. The DG of IT, Seema Khanna, whose department had built the safeguard preventing EROs from arbitrarily adding or deleting voter names; her files landed on Garg's desk.

When Sandhu and Joshi wrote to the Cabinet Secretary, the Secretariat acknowledged the letters, forwarded copies straight to the CEC's office; the very man whose subordinate was the subject of the complaint; and then declined action, citing "constitutional independence."

Read that again. The government installed the officer. The officer seized control of IT oversight. The two ECs who raised the alarm were told their complaints were "individual" not "official." The Cabinet Secretariat briefed the CEC. Nobody acted.

This is not a bureaucratic turf war. This is a chain of custody over India's voter rolls being handed, link by link, to a single officer with no collective Commission oversight; ahead of elections.

If Garg's moves were procedurally sound, why did the ECI initially lie and say the IT file transfer "was never actually implemented"?
