Here is a summing up of the AAP clean chit to its CM Bhagwant Mann on the controversial video.
1. A Canada based individual Jagmandeep Singh alias Jagman Samra releases several alleged videos of Mann in October 2025. These are declared fake by Punjab Police and a FIR registered.
No forensic analysis done and results revealed.
2. Akal Takht summons Mann on Jan 15, 2026 with regard to one video allegedly showing Mann disrespecting Gurus. Mann denies he is in the video.
No forensic analysis done even at this stage by AAP or by Punjab Police to disprove allegations.
3. On June 15, six months after Mann was summoned, Five Singh Saheban announce from Akal Takht that the video has been forensically examined from two labs and declare Mann anti-Gurus and anti-Sikh Panth and ask Nanak Naam leva to boycott him.
4. On June 18, AAP finally gets its own forensic analysis done by two private labs and claims that the man in the video is not Mann.

The question here is:
A) Why did AAP not get this forensic analysis done between Jan 15 and June 15?
B) Why did they have to run helter skelter for getting a favourable analysis after the Akal Takht verdict when they had all the time in the world earlier?
C) Why did Punjab Police not get the analysis done from State Forensic Lab?

The verdict was delivered by a bench of Justices P. K. Mishra and Manmohan while hearing an appeal against an Andhra Pradesh High Court order.
