Everyone is going to use AI.

An Indian earning $9,000 per year will get the same AI results as an American earning $100,000 per year.

That’s why they are not hiring Americans.

We are a failed nation because we are selfish people.

We are not necessarily stupid or dumb. We are extremely selfish people and lack empathy.

For example, if you throw trash in the river, no one is going to clean it up, and removing it is hard. Indians know this and still do it anyway. They also think lower-caste people should work like slaves, that picking up trash is a lower-caste job, and that it is not their job. This attitude has led to the downfall.

Some people hate Indians for their success in America. Some hate you for your color. But most hate you for what I said -- selfish and lack of empathy.

I did AI to do this analysis. Americans are right about their complaining "when you are not on H-1B they wont call you for interviews."

A lot of people are in for a rude awakening over the next few years.

Many people mistakenly still believe that AI is still just a novelty chat toy or a new type of Google search. Those of us on the frontlines are seeing what is possible and where things are going. You need to adapt. I beg you: please do not allow your ego to get in the way. Do not make your vocation your central identity. Things are going to change radically and quickly.

God gave you talents. You have a responsibility to cultivate them. AI doesn't replace your calling, your discernment, or your willingness to work. When used well AI can help you apply your gifts at a scale that was previously out of reach, but only if you don't let your ego get in the way and remain stuck in the past.

A small business can accomplish more without a massive budget. A parent can spend less time on busywork and more time with the children. Someone with an idea can build what they once could only imagine.

You don’t need to worship the technology, but you also don’t need to fear it either. You need to understand it and put it to work in service of things that matter.

Be humble enough to learn.

Be disciplined enough to practice.

The promise and vision that we have for AI is to get more of your life back and do something worthy with it.

Lean into that.
