@virginmedia @virginmedia my ordeal with Virgin continues. Eventually I was able to talk to a human on 2/2 I gave the 30days notice cancellation for my tv package & I was told my internet & Phone stopped on l22/2/. My Wi-Fi stopped within 2 days. Now have bill for March April.

Been with @virginmedia for 15 years with out a problem until I give them notice to cancel !! No internet since yesterday, nobody else having problems in the area. Bots telling me there is no problem. Are they the only company that you can’t email!!!
