@agoda I need an immediate refund for my Sanctuary of Truth tickets (2 pax) booked for 29 Nov, 8AM-6PM slot. When we reached at 5 PM, the venue refused entry and cancelled our tickets on the spot. This is unacceptable - the slot clearly covers until 6 PM.
