Viber version I have: “Version 20.8.0” and I’using a MacBook Pro 16-inch 2019 with Ventura 13.5.1. Can I kindly ask u to test it and figure out what could cause this freeze? Literally I try to click on Viber and the spin show its loading, I cannot click anywhere, but hard reset.

@Viber Hello Folks -I’m your user for years, love your product. And your recent Mac app update causing painful issues for me and I’m here to ask for a quick hotfix from your side. Your Mac app freezes my computer entirely every day & need to completely restart to get it resolved.

(4) but worst bug is when you add nice descriptions one by one to a batch of photos and basically you lose all - as said above, the app does not upload the photos or videos in reality, and you lose all the content and need to start adding and annotating all.

@ttorres I love what u represent&stand up for w/your book on ContD. Fan of the essence of your approach. But while I speak w/Folks getting familiar w/your book, I too observed: your original intent gets 'misinterpreted'. So hope u don't mind me asking your views on some of these.

@ttorres (5) I'm sure you also observed that findings of a weekly interview conflicted with what data science and user research found with more robust 'pattern hunting activities'. In these situations, how did you resolve these conflicts? How to avoid the 'stronger voice' effect?

@ttorres (2) I hear u on why to automatize recruitment or why to collect stories. And what do u think about 'sampling' when recruiting? How do u think a team could ensure that the 'weekly recruited participant' is not just representing an edge case scenario & we drew marginal conclusions?
