I moved in May only for my landlord to tell me a month later that he wasn’t renewing my lease in August. That’s okay— 🥲💔— I have a new place. Sadly, I will be leaving my polish roommate. Genuinely one of the most interesting people I’ve met.
Frankly, it has come to the point in my life where I have to really go out of my way to love those to use me. Be kind to my enemies. Not be hateful. Jesus told us to be kind and loving to our enemies, I should follow his ways
But right now, my landlord is my enemy.
@hvworlton I’ve been gone for what feels like forever. I’m guessing you finished the lord of the rings (did you even do one idk 😭). I love Narnia ! Aslan looks incredible
@NoblestCalling Hahaha! Me and my younger sister share a birthday. I was angry for years that she stole my birthday. I would say this is a much better reaction than mine
Thanks for all the testimonies ❤️🙏
I’m going through what so many returned missionaries go through, the mission withdrawal. It’s been two months and I both miss and don’t miss my mission. I felt far from God, still do a little
I definitely feel all the reinforcements ❤️
@MelchizedekShem Because of my faith and trust in Jesus Christ, I became a new person. I changed so much that people would tell me constantly how much I changed. I learned that faith really can move mountains because faith moved my mountain of misery.
@iamian I got tons of rides from Ward members. I did not have a car until the last two weeks of my mission. I got to know one of the sisters in my ward really well because she would give me a ride every week. And it was always nice when I got to talk about my mission to the ward!
@justinw81081842 The best part is I learned how to be happy. I was never happy before my mission. But because I devoted my life to Jesus Christ, I learned how to be happy and how to be happy all the time.
@realKellyKnight I did a ton! I served in a food pantry and with special needs students at a school, I was at the LDS Motion Picture Studio for a short time too. I did a ton lol
