In addition to abhorrent service/customer care, this is harassment of a senior citizen. If we do get have immediate assistance on this issue, I will be reaching out to requisite authorities.

Please note the following grievances:

1) You notified her about a ridiculous policy which was not not communicated anywhere during herupgrade request: once upgraded a policy cannot be downgraded per customer needs.
2)  You have deducted INR 1800 and disconnected her internet.

@Apple customer service what a shit show all around. Order not delivered, UPS tracking shows its returned and yet I am being charged for it. your customer service chat is a complete waste of time, no email updates whatsoever. all i hear after a week is that I should contact cops.
