@UnionBankTweets @RBI A digital fraud which took place on my account was reported to the bank and cyber crime within 20-25 mins of the activity happening. The bank has not taken any serious action to investigate, hold and return my amount.

@UnionBankTweets @RBI Even so the bank has sent an email saying they decline my request to refund the money and have closed my case and asked me to go to RBI ombudsman if I want any action. Is this how a Government Bank supports it's customers who've been victims of digital fraud in this country?

@UnionBankTweets @RBI The bank is in a zero liability ( full reimbursement) situation if a 3rd party fraud transaction is reported within 3 days. Here I had reported mine within 25 mins and escalated it via email and calls on the same day. All of this along with reporting it on cyber crime
