Now when Porter team took a three way call including rider, my brother and customer service. Rider despite knowing English started abusing my brother go learn kannada and come back to speak to us.. In the attached images it can be well seen she speaks good English.. @porterit_

Had 1 of the worst exp with ur services,1st I paid twice to interflora as they claim to havn’t rcvd 1st pymt even when I had the clear cnfmtion from my bank abt debit.
Secondly, Porter didn’t dlvr and marked the order as dlvrd

Wats d point of customer support whn ur team doesn’t even adhere d protocol to deal with customers, all they do is repeat the script and put the call on hold.
