Baseline: ~14 kt, ~21 days, 70-90 t/day fuel.
Heavy tropical fouling adds 30-60%+ drag (barnacles at modest coverage need ~36% more power; heavy cases far higher per naval & biofouling studies). Prop fouling cuts efficiency sharply.
Likely: 10-20% speed drop (to ~11-12.5 kt) → +3-5 days transit, or +35-60% fuel rate to hold speed. Voyage fuel penalty 25-50%+. Gulf reports note +12-20 t/day extra burn.
