This is the details I’m going off of. I bought 99 shares today and will tender them for about $140 in profit on a $110 outlay.
Tender runs at the end of the month. I don’t recommend buying more than the 99 share odd lot amount
@mil01425146@ChenWei34439 Welp deleted wrong post whoops
But just was going to add to above that I used to do the math and find ways of if I could play it and make more money
Generally that strat didn’t work great for me so now I just buy the 99 shares and move on. Adds a few hundred in annual return
@mil01425146@ChenWei34439 Yeah should be a minimum and then you have to guess what the other 60 is worth in the post fire sale and figure out if that’s gonna work out more favorably
For those newly following $PRM post-Sohn pitch
Check out @HotshotWake the podcast and Substack give a real on the ground knowledge of fighting wildfires

@boujee_banker $47 - stayed a buck below the street high (Scotia)
3 neutrals left - UBS, Goldman, & Jeffries
I think Goldman has asked questions on the last few earnings calls.
Wonder if they’re waiting on the lockup expiration catalyst before any upgrade. That’s probably what I’d be doing
I wrote a bit about Bournemouth & $CNNE this weekend while watching the Premier League play out. Not Champions League - but still a good season.
https://t.co/ASuZrAqG4P
Bournemouth sold *check notes* Zabarnyi for £57m, Huijsen £50m, Kerkez £40m, Ouattara £45m and Semenyo for £65m in January for a very grand total of £257m *checks maths. not a strength*. Bournemouth continued playing attractive, winning football, ending the season unbeaten in 18, sixth in the table and qualified for Europe for the first time ever in their 127 years.
Iraola has done a magnificent job – and so has Bournemouth’s recruitment department. Kroupi and Scott the latest gems being polished. Senesi, a £12m signing from Feyenoord four years ago, leaves a free agent to Spurs with plenty of good wishes following his fine defensive service over 128 games. Bournemouth get good value out of players and/or good value for them.
Well-run club. Pity that Iraola is leaving and missing out on the European adventure that he helped secure. Leaves team in good shape for incoming Rose. Coaches and players...it's all in the succession planning. #AFCB
$PRM CEO selling 11% of his stake in the company.
I’m fine with that - it’s smart personal finance he has probably >50% of his net worth in the company (pulled that # from my ass)
I don’t love it dropping after the close Friday of long weekend though. Just seems underhanded
Main purpose of going to the 3 year old episode was hearing Bob's way of thinking. Bill has mentioned him admirably recently in passing on the pod.
After the reminder on Bob's world view going to be checking out his 13F. Maybe a thread for another day
Listening to an old Business Brew episode with Bill & Bob Robotti. This part stood out - more applicable now than when he said it.
"The Fed can't do anything, people believe the fed can do everything...he's the Wizard of Oz"

Feels like the attacks on Fed independence could lead to an "Emperor has no Clothes" kind of moment if Warsh gets too out of line.
Yields been acting interesting. Have some @QTRResearch to read on this topic still
As a distance runner with some ADHD tendencies, one thing I’ve learned is how valuable it is to keep something going for a long time — even at 60–80% focus.
Consistency compounds and burnout is no different than a single 0 in that series.
@jawnzilla Implied vol is so high in these rare earth names you can buy 100 shares and get a 15-20% return on your cost basis selling a Nov/Dec call struck at double the current price
Been doing this in $UAMY and th more I read about rare earths the more $NB comes up
