Key findings indicate that most participants believed seclusion should remain part of clinical practice. A correlation was identified between forensic mental health nurses’ attitudes to seclusion use and their characteristics: gender, age range, educational level and experience.
Excited to have been elected to the Chair of the International Ergonomics Association's Healthcare Ergonomics Technical Committee. Seems like the right time to be "joining the dots" internationally on HF/E x Healthcare.
Really interesting findings from a scoping review of adaptive capacity presented by @NatalieSanford from her PhD work. Takeaway is that clarity and consistency of terms is crucial. Looking forward to seeing the publication. @annemarieraffer @gabereedy
