தமிழக அரசின் @TNDOTE @CMOTamilnadu @Tnskill @MSDESkillIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw இந்த மிகச்சிறந்த முடிவை **MDS Skill Development Center சார்பாக நாங்கள் மனதாரப் பாராட்டுகிறோம், முழுமையாக வரவேற்கிறோம்!

நாங்கள் பல ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பே இந்த மாற்றத்தை உணர்ந்து, கணினி மயமாக்கப்பட்ட **COA (Computer on Office Automation)** படிப்பிற்கு மாறிவிட்டோம். தற்போது எங்களது மையத்தில் 10-க்கும் மேற்பட்டோர் இதற்கான சான்றிதழ்களுடன் தகுதி பெற்றுள்ளனர். "மாற்றமே ஜெயம்" என்பதை நாங்கள் ஏற்கனவே நடைமுறைப்படுத்திக் காட்டியுள்ளோம்.

ஆனால், இந்த நவீன காலத்திலும் சிலர் இந்தத் திட்டத்திற்கு எதிர்ப்பு தெரிவிப்பது வேதனை அளிக்கிறது.

**அரசியல் எதிர்ப்புகளும், நமது அறியாமையும்:**
நமது பாரதப் பிரதமர் @PMOIndia அவர்கள், இந்தியாவை வல்லரசு நாடாக்க எத்தனையோ தொலைநோக்குத் திட்டங்களையும், டிஜிட்டல் புரட்சிகளையும் கொண்டு வரும்போது, சில அரசியல்வாதிகள் சுயநலத்திற்காக அதை கண்மூடித்தனமாக எதிர்ப்பதை நாம் பார்க்கிறோம். அதே போன்ற ஒரு பிற்போக்குத்தனமான அணுகுமுறையைத்தான் இந்த தட்டச்சு மாற்றத்திலும் சிலர் காட்டுகிறார்கள். இனியாவது விழித்துக் கொள்வோம்! நாட்டின் வளர்ச்சிக்கும், மாணவர்களின் எதிர்காலத்திற்கும் முட்டுக்கட்டை போடுவதை நிறுத்த வேண்டும்.

**சற்றே சிந்தித்துப் பாருங்கள்!:**
பழைய தட்டச்சு இயந்திரங்களை (#Typewriters) வைத்துக் கொண்டு நாம் இன்னும் எத்தனை காலம் ஓட்ட முடியும்?

* **பராமரிப்பு சவால்:** இன்று தட்டச்சு இயந்திரங்களை பழுதுபார்க்கவோ, அதற்கான உதிரிபாகங்களை வாங்கவோ முடிகிறதா?

* **தேர்வு நேர அவதி:** கனமான தட்டச்சு இயந்திரங்களை மாணவர்கள் தேர்வு மையங்களுக்குச் சுமந்து செல்வது எவ்வளவு பெரிய சிரமம்?

* **பயமும் பதற்றமும்:** தேர்வு எழுதும் அந்த சில நிமிடங்களில் இயந்திரம் இடையில் சிக்கிக் கொண்டால் (Stuck) அந்த ஏழை மாணவனின் ஓராண்டு உழைப்பு என்னவாவது?

* **நடைமுறைச் சாத்தியம்:** இனிமேல் தட்டச்சு இயந்திரங்களை மீண்டும் உற்பத்தி செய்யுமாறு நிறுவனங்களை நாம் கட்டாயப்படுத்த முடியுமா?

**#AI கால கட்டத்தில் பழைய முறையா?**
உலகமே **செயற்கை நுண்ணறிவு (#Artificial Intelligence - AI)** நோக்கி நகர்ந்து கொண்டிருக்கிறது. அடுத்தகட்ட தொழில்நுட்பப் புரட்சி நம் வாசலில் நிற்கிறது. இந்தச் சூழ்நிலையிலும், நம்முடைய தட்டச்சு மையங்கள் தொடர்ந்து இயங்க வேண்டும் என்ற சுயநலத்திற்காக, ஏழை எளிய மாணவர்களை இன்னும் பழைய மார்ஜின் கணக்குகளையும் (Margin calculations), ஃபார்மேட்டிங் முறைகளையும் டைப்ரைட்டரில் நேரத்தை வீணடிக்கச் சொல்வது எந்த விதத்தில் நியாயம்?

மாணவர்களின் வேலைவாய்ப்பிற்கும், நவீன உலக சவால்களை அவர்கள் எதிர்கொள்வதற்கும் கணினி வழி தட்டச்சுப் பயிற்சி மட்டுமே ஒரே தீர்வு. காலத்திற்கு ஏற்ப மாறும் இந்த டிஜிட்டல் புரட்சியை வரவேற்போம்; மாணவர்களின் எதிர்காலத்தை வளமாக்குவோம்!

உங்கள் முயற்சிக்கு வாழ்த்துகளும் பாராட்டுகளும்! ஸ்போக்கன் #இங்கிலீஷ் (Spoken #English) கற்றுக்கொள்பவர்களுக்கு இது மிகவும் பயனுள்ளதாக இருக்கும். நிச்சயம் இதை நான் மற்றவர்களுக்கும் பகிர்வேன் (we are going to use it in class).

அதே வேளையில், சில கேள்விகளை உங்கள் முன் வைக்க விரும்புகிறேன்:

1. சில அரசியல்வாதிகள் தங்களுக்கு எழுதிக் கொடுக்கப்பட்ட உரையைக்கூடச் சரியாகப் படிக்க முடியாமல் திணறியபோது, இதுபோன்ற திருத்தங்களைச் செய்ய நீங்கள் முயன்றதுண்டா?

2. ஒருவேளை அவர்கள் பெரும்பாலும் நம் தாய்மொழியான தமிழிலேயே #Tamil #தமிழ் பேசியதால் உங்களுக்கு அந்தத் தேவை ஏற்படவில்லையோ? தாய்மொழியை நாம் ஊக்குவிக்க வேண்டும் என்பதில் மாற்றுக்கருத்தில்லை. ஆனால், நாம் எல்லா வசதிகளையும் பெற்றுக்கொண்டு, மேடையில் இருக்கும் கூட்டத்திற்கு மட்டும் (மொழிகளைக் கற்றுக்கொள்ளும் திறன் உட்பட) இலவச அறிவுரை வழங்குவது போல் இது தோன்றுவதால், எனக்கு ஒருவித இரட்டை நிலைப் (#Double standard) பதற்றமே ஏற்படுகிறது.

3. ஆங்கிலம் ஒருபுறம் இருக்கட்டும், இன்று பள்ளி கல்வித்தரம்—குறிப்பாகக் கிராமப்புறங்களில், நம் தாய்மொழியான தமிழிலேயே கூட—எந்த அளவில் இருக்கிறது என்பதை நீங்கள் அறிவீர்களா? பொது அறிவு மற்றும் பொது விழிப்புணர்வின் நிலை குறித்தும் உங்களுக்குத் தெரியுமா?

4. இறுதியாக, ஆங்கிலமோ அல்லது தமிழோ... சமூகத்தில் வெறுப்பை உமிழும் வகையில் (அது மிகச்சிறந்த தமிழாகவே இருந்தாலும்) பேசிய பலரை நீங்கள் என்றாவது திருத்த முயன்றதுண்டா? அத்தகைய வெறுப்புப் பேச்சுகள்தானே இன்று சமுதாயத்தில் மீள முடியாத மாற்றங்களை #irreversible change ஏற்படுத்தியிருக்கின்றன?

மிக உயர்ந்த கல்வியறிவு விகிதம் #LiteracyRate உண்மையாகவே இருந்தால், இந்த விவாதமே நமக்குத் தேவைப்பட்டிருக்காது. அந்த பொற்காலம் வெகுதொலைவில் இல்லை என்று நம்புவோம்.

ஆனால், தற்போதைய யதார்த்தத்தில் கிராமப்புறங்களில் அடிப்படைத் தமிழ் (forget English or Hindi) வாசிப்புக்கே இன்னும் சூழல் முழுமையாகச் சாதகமாக இல்லை. @Zoho போன்றவர்களின் தொடர் முயற்சிகளால் இப்போதுதான் மெல்ல விழிப்புணர்வு ஏற்பட்டு வருகிறது. வரும் நாட்களில் அனைவரும் இது போன்ற கேள்விகளை, (வோட்டு போடும் மட்டும் இல்லாமல்) எழுப்புவார்கள் என்று நம்புவோம்...#superpower @PMOIndia @CMOTamilnadu

Our core focus has always been equipping high school students with essential life skills: fostering self-development, building confidence, guidance for higher education, and rewarding academic excellence for the top rankers of SHSS.

Now, we are expanding our horizons to primary schools. We are actively collaborating with Headmasters and school staff to introduce foundational computer education to young minds, ensuring rural children are not left behind in the digital age.
