Thanks to my great collaborators Keith Dienes, Fei Huang, Tim Tait @ProfTimTait , and Brooks Thomas, this was an amazing collaboration!

@MldDistractions @Andrew_Akbashev It’s not really built on that. Those problems certainly exist, but it’s a stretch to connect their existence to faculty having tenure.
Introducing PRyMordial:
The First Three Minutes, Within and Beyond the Standard Model
For all of your Big Bang Nucleosynthesis needs!
(with gratitude to my collaborators Anne-Katherine Burns and Mauro Valli, the star of this particular show...)

@juanrga@martinmbauer Actually, they aren’t. But since you can’t back up your statement other than just repeating the assertions, there doesn’t seem to be a reasonable discussion to be had here.
@Quasilocal The fact remains that if the students can’t or didn’t bother to assess the information they found, regardless of source, they probably got an accurate grade in the course.
@Quasilocal I don’t think it’s fair to penalize the students for finding information on the internet, but it is fair to grade them down for giving incorrect responses.
As I said : the Prof is a jerk. But there is a ton of wrong information out there. How much damage does adding more do?
A new python code for BBN coming soon! #PRyMordial Great talk from @ProfTimTait this morning and possibly some asymmetry hiding in the neutrino sector...
@Quasilocal I think you’re missing the point. The point of grades is to establish if someone has understood the material. It doesn’t matter how they got incorrect answers or what their intentions were.
Yeah, the Professor here is a bit of a jerk. But so what?
Many of you aren’t aware of what is going on at UK universities
A spiral of low pay, pension cuts and casual contracts have plunged the nation into strike
Students won’t graduate. Some of the most talented people will leave. Universities will lose accreditation

@Quasilocal It's not entrapment. If they understand the material, they would be able to tell that the answers were wrong.
Imagine a situation where someone else posts wrong answers online (for whatever reason). The students need to recognize errors in information on the internet.
